All of hoots failings as a manager on show here today

1) unable/unwilling to change a game after kickoff. This one really grates.
2) persists on picking favoured players game after game even when out of form and needing a break. think johnson/martin/snodgrass/garrido/bassong?(with bennet playing out of his skin every time he plays)
3) tactics which cede possession and emphasise inflexible defensive positioning over attack
4) crushed attacking ambition
5) pointless away from home
6) the least entertaining team in the league

He remains great in the transfer martket. But i'd rather watch us attack teams with a different manager in the championship than endure this drivel.
