Right Sentiments, Wrong Approach...

All of a sudden, nuclear energy is being portrayed as super clean and safe...

-and it is, to a point...

But there is still the question of the waste material, as well as the security issues, and the case that yes, however secure and safe you make them, explosions STILL can happen at nuclear sites!

I can't pretend to know what the real answer is to the energy crisis, it'd be great if someone could invent a perpetual motion machine, but to suddenly say that nuclear is as safe as it suddenly seems to be (there was a reason so many were shut down in the 60's and 70's) is questionable.
