i've been very lucky in my life so far, so only experienced this feeling of losing someone who meant so much to me once - 5-6 yrs ago when i lost my dad.... i think its that because i lived with and looked after my dog, and she gave me unconditional love friendship and companionship that its really cut me up bad....i've been in bits ever since thursday morning. I never felt alone when i was with her, even when the girls were away.....now i feel empty :-(
