BTW: I went to see the Desolation of Smaug last night.

Disappointing.
Too long.
Dull in the middle.
Gandalf kept going of on missions that had no bearing on the plot.
Loved the 1st one but this was a bit boring in the middle.
Lakeland and Smaug scenes good and the barrell ride river escape scene.
