isn't the timke between series 1.5 yrs/2.5 yrs

thought this years few months apart thing is part of a realigning of Ashes series so they don't fall in World Cup years. Isn't the next series in England in 2015 (i.e. only 2 years after the last one) to complete the realignment and then we're back on the old 1.5 yrs/2.5 yrs rotation?
