Wrathers under ?80 tablet recommendation, but be quick -

Nook HD 8gb at ?79 is an absolute bargain. It lacks a camera and gps.

But it has full access to google play and it's screen is just gorgeous with full hd and excellent viewing angles, shaming many tablets at 2 and 3 times the price. You can also increase memory by adding an sd card and it is an excellent e-reader. It is powered by a dual core processor and has 1gb of ram.

The price has been slashed a couple of times now and lots of places have sold out, but a quick google shows you can still pick them up at Argos and Blackwells.

Nothing else comes remotely close at this price.
