while its obviously early, if you don't think he is the man to take you forward it makes sense to get in a new man now and give him time to evaluate before the window opens.

I do find it stunning that roberto di matteo is a fav considering he will still be paid by Chelsea through june 14th and.........he was totally f**ked over by WBA before.
