Should fans really be dissapointed with our start to the season?

when you look at the teams we have lost against: Hull, Tottenham, Villa, Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Newcastle, Liverpool, only one of them games - Hull, you would say we should have got at least a point from especially being a man up for most of the game. Apart from Hull and perhaps a point against Villa at home, you would regard them as bonus games.

We are beating teams who are at a similar standard to us and should we win against Swansea and get something against Sunderland, I dont think anyone should bemoan the season so far. Seven of our next nine league games are all winnable and I wouldnt be suprised if we were in the top half of the table by start of February. Lots of signings were made in the summer and its only been until recently that Hooper has been fully fit.

I think a win against Swansea could change the morale around FCR with the fans being in favour of Hughton again.
