Yes indeed, I'm thinking of doing one with a fruit called "n?spero"

I've just discovered it's called a medlar in English. Never heard of it, I don't think. But you can never be too sure the translation is 100% correct in these matters.
Anyway, I do want to experiment, but you know how it is, sometimes things can unexpectedly work brilliantly so it's good to have some kind of guidance. After all, who'd have thought sloes would work well seeing how inedible they are?
