Dodgy Amazon company?

Wanted to buy something off amazon but need to speak to the seller first. Phone number is incorrect (Have emailed and am awaiting reply)

No individual products have been reviewed but the company as a whole have and have good reviews?

Do I need to be worried? Anyone else come across anything like this?
