Fillet of trouts. Wave it in some seasoned flour CAREFUL NOT TOO MUCH flash fry in butter DUNT GET THAT PAN TOO HOT YER FULE YEW'LL BURN ET for a couple of minutes a side. Maybe turn the heat up a smidge for the skin side, make it crispy.

Serve with WHATEVER THE FUCK YOU LIKE I'M NOT YOUR MUM.

I don't much like fishes.
