Rose tinted glasses maybe, but I suspect in general football fans seem to have much less patience than in years gone by. Like we see here it's not just us - it's pretty much every team who have had persistent grumbles this year except maybe Arsenal, Liverpool and Everton.

Blanket TV coverage, higher ticket prices, income inequality of clubs and internet message boards/ Twitter etc have formed a perfect storm of entitlement, media saturation, fear and a complete lack of perspective among fans.
