Surely Ruddy would have gone to Chelsea in the summer? Saying that I dont think Ruddy made a big deal of it or tried to force something because he feels he owes us for giving him the opportunity that has led to him getting an England place. If a big team came in for Leroy I'm not sure he would have the same level of loyalty.
