Nobody asks for that information and they normally tell you that they'll never ask.

I was spoofed by Microsoft site that was "genuine" right down to the small print at the bottom and the URL seemed right. I duly put in my details to buy some software and later found I'd bought f**k all from some company in Moscow. Strange to see on my statement "rubles".
