I imagine he has his way of doing things and gives them enough time to decide one way or the other
Thankfully it's not cost us our place in the top flight and thankfully he does learn from it - no one is a perfect manager from day 1, same goes to all of us in our own jobs/professions I would imagine
I'm glad we have a manager who is developing tbh, rather than one who can't improve and had to quit (aka Holloway)
