McNally and co are clearly building something for the future

Which is probably why they didn't want to carry out regular knee-jerk sackings.

We keep cementing our place in the prem year on year and invest the money wisely and we can only go in one direction (up!)

As for changing management unnecessarily yearly, well that's a very risky route imho.

Glad we're moving further away from the regulation zone, and fully convinced we will be premiership again next season.

Selling players for silly money isn't always a bad thing, providing we don't waste the proceeds and invest well again (something I feel we're getting pretty good at these days tbh)
