IMHO the board are already looking at their options.

I think if lose to WBA (especially if we are totally s**t) then I cant see him surviving.

It will be a combination of results, poor negative play and the fact we havn't improved as a team after investing in some good players.

I would be in favor of Phelan, mainly because he is experienced in handling star players which we need going forward.
