I partly agree with this, but not completely

Do also think there's something about attitude - about being more ambitious in the prem, showing a bit more adventure, actually aspiring to attack teams and win games.

Do agree that the glass ceiling is depressing and basically anti-sporting in some way. But feel we could be aiming to be much closer to it - and it's partly that lack of adventure that adds to the apathy most of us feel.
