fine, but Lambert has gone. The important thing now is to stay in the premier league for a few seasons, gain stability and gradually progress as a club on and off the pitch. Hughton will do that.

If we change manager, looking for a more attacking style, it is a gamble that may pay off (leaving us perhaps slightly higher in middle table), or it may not pay off, and we will get relegated.

The board will not take that risk, and I am happy with the direction of the club under them.
