We only really got hammered a couple of times under Lambert

and that was with a newly promoted side that was mostly made up of league one and championship players.

Since then we've had ?30 million worth of investment yet now we seem to accumulate a lot of thrashings.

Not really sure you can compare Lambert to Hughton here at all.
