I and many millions like me have contracted with AJ sports to receive all PL matches live.

This is because AJ Sports contracted with the PL, via an intermediary, to purchase the rights to broadcast same within the MENA region. Therefore they had the right to sell on to me and millions of others, that right.

Now, because some shifty f**ktards in YooKay and Yerup have accessed that same transmission signal (illegaly) the PL have taken action against AJ and prevented them broadcasting the contractually agreed to amount of games. The PL claim that AJ haven't used sufficent encryption to prevent these occurances. AJ claim they have satsfied all the T&C's of the agreement between the parties.
It will be interesting to see what transpires in terms of trade off. Certainly the PL cannot continue with their current course of action without agreeing to meet half way down the road as it were. Remember that AJ is Qatar governement, they own FIFA already. They can buy the PL with their pocket change. ;)
