Ruddy -7- solid, especially under pressure in early set pieces.
Olsson - 8 - some great blocks and good going forward.
Bennett - 7- really solid game, always did the sensible thing.
Bassong - 6- did a couple of good things like amazing pass to Redmond but also dodgy things like the header back and slice over the bar.
Cafu -7- best he's played for a while and overlapped well.
Fer -6- seemed to give the ball away even more than usual and didn't offer much going forward
Howson -8- my man of the match, imperious driving forward and class on the ball.
Wes -7- best I've seen him play for ages, swapping around with redderz seemed to really suit him. Wish he could learn to shoot with power
Redderz-7- did really well to create the space for the goal, should have done better with a few of his chances.
Hooper-7- thought he'd taken too long with the goal but did well. Great back heel in the second half. More support will get more from him
Elmander -6- didn't win enough headers but flick that hit the post and pass to wes for the goal were good.
