Aches and Pains

I had a few aches and pains recently so I went to see my Doctor.
After a quick assessment on my diet and exercise regime he said that I was bascially a bit run down and my body was trying to manage a weak defensive system.

Suddenly SCC bust in , dressed in a nurses uniform, and said "you are not he only one managing a weak defensive system !"
