I don't know. I don't really care if he or she have ever played football professionally, but rather that its someone who actually has some experience of management... that would be a good start. Give him at least a couple of technical directors who are former professional players and we'll probably start to establish ourselves as a stable top flight football team.

This is going to upset some people, therefore I'm off for my dinner.
