Well, he clearly hasn't.

Given that - as well as Palace - he got QPR and Blackpool sides promoted who had absolutely no right to go up given the state they were in.

I can understand why people might not like him, or not acept that his record is absolutely first class - but to assert that he has "bottled every 'big' opportunity he's ever had" is a little silly.
