RE: transfer dealings

The Palace chairman has accepted full responsibly for the club not being prepared for the PL.

The Palace board have admitted that they didn't even finance a proper scouting system for Ollie so they left him in a terrible position before the season had even started.

Ollie and the chairman were staying up until 4am each night looking at clips of players sent from agents because there was no scouting system.
