this has all been debated several times, but here are a few reasons

why you could support Hughton:

- We are outside the relegation zone, after finishing 11th last year
- We have a strong home record
- We have generally outplayed teams around our level this season (Villa, Southampton, Stoke, Cardiff, West Ham)
- We have signed some good players - attracted to the club by Hughton - (Fer, RvW, Redmond) who will take time to fully adapt.
- It makes no sense to replace a manger in November after giving him money to spend - especially when the team are outside the relegation zone.
- We are trying to transition to a more possession based style - where we control games rather than always looking to play on the break.
- He has a good repuation within the game, which helps to attract players.
- We are outside the relegation zone despite having injuries and a few players off form.
- Any change would be a huge risk, and unnecessary at this stage in the season.
