We will be just about ok then if our home form remains at that high level

The trouble is that (as has been noted before) the away form leaves no margin for error at home and the away form is, if anything, getting worse this season thus meaning there is even more pressure on the home form.

So far with 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats at home we are behind schedule. With a few winnable home games coming up though that could change.

The really frustrating thing though is that with even vaguely ok away from and with our good home record we would be doing really quite well. Of course all teams are generally better at home that away but I can see no real reason why there is such a big discrepancy with us and until its sorted out we are never going to do anything but scrap away in the bottom third of the table.
