I recall that Davies was ?700,000 as Ips**t only got half ?.350,000, (the other half went to MK Dons), so on that basis Jon Stead was ?2.3m! They also signed Tommy Miller on a free.

Regardless of the costs and what they were, they are not the signings that will keep a promoted team in the prem
