I think possession style is the way to go. Swansea in their first season up were very possession based but with little cutting edge - Southampton too at the end of last season.

As their players got more comfortable with the style, they started to get used to the movement required and started to add more of an attacking threat.

I think we do create chances at home and do put teams under spells of sustained pressure, but we are not very consistent at the moment. We are outplaying most teams around us in the league - especially at home, despite not really clicking yet.
