Agree with all of that

Regarding point 1, we are certainly capable of playing better, but I think there is a long term plan to change to a more possession based style where we control games. At the moment though, we are a bit lacking in cutting edge - but so are most teams in the bottom half.

On the second point, I think Elmander and Hoolahan are both good at this. Always moving and giving the player on the ball options - but to play them you have to sacrifice the defensive midfielder, which leads to problems in other areas.
