A manager and coaches who think every team we play are better than us or at least our equal which, combined with their natural conservatism and lack of tactical/game reading nous means we handicap ourselves

Little old Norwich sadly lives on in the dugout which is ironic since it was the temporary lack of "little old Norwich" in the dugout that led to our resurgence and enabled the board to make the changes to the rest of the club you refer to.
