We can't get into this win or he's gone mentality

He's either good enough or he's not. Beating s**t like Palace at home proves nothing. He's proven over a long period that he's not up to it.

We can't afford to keep limping along winning the odd home game that keeps him in a job then losing every away game and the harder games at home.
