Write down what you've eaten, and divide the kcals by 7 every week
Dividing to get a daily average, will be the thing that spurs you back into healthy eating, and will also spur you into acting on your cravings for naughty foods
When you get to that point, you'll realise you're not on a diet anymore, you're just managing your weekly intake sensibly, and enjoying it :)
