maybe thats true....

but it doesnt give the cyclists ANY right to cycle on pavements. I see c**t cyclists riding on pavements frequently in worcester..... theres c**ts in cars and c**ts on cycles.... when i ride my bike i make sure i dont act like a c**t as i'm the one most likely to get hurt.
