the problem is with "them" not "us" will just ensure that there is always a them and us position when what we need is a common sense approach from road users en mass.
We see stupidity on the roads from everyone and as the most vulnerable that stupidity from a cyclist can result in terrible consequences. I'm not sure abdicating responsibly to the motorist is necessarily going to help as there are an unequal number of numbnuts on that side.
