I only ride in daylight, and even then have a flashing rear light on if solo...

Much prefer riding with team-mates, due to (relative) safety in numbers.

In fact most of the winter I just use a turbo trainer indoors. It's boring as f**k but warm, dry and most of all, safe!

I would not cycle commute in London, or even locally here in Sussex, for all the money in China.
