The key is not to allow it to be dominated by a few idiots

This leads to a stifling of genuine debate and a general and significant dumbing down, when it comes to arriving at informed opinions.

If you can find a way of keeping the Arizona Bays and Pixel'men' of this world off of it, you stand half a chance.
