This is the problem though

By simply stating "get behind the team" youre not doing ANYONE any favours. The vast majority are completely behind the team and to suggestotherwise is simply foolish, i will support the team come what may BUT what i will do is question why we are where we are. We have a decent squad, some outstanding players and we are where in ethe league? In any job if your results/sales/performances were at this level, you would have an appraisal of somekind. The time has to be soon if this continues, which it wont be....

Things are turning nasty and this will really start to show itself in the new year.
