to 200kcal for white meat
General tip really, is if you add frozen mixed veg to anything, you'll have a bigger enhanced meal for only 200kcal more. 1kg of frozen mixed veg is about 400kcals, so for 200kcals, you can put 500g's in (a lot)
So if you buy a pasta and cheese dish/ready meal (that'll be 700kcals, but loads of veg and chicken/prawns etc will be 300 more, so 1000kcals)
I mainly have one big meal like that a day, and just eat fruit at lunch time
Idea being that there's a nice evening meal each day to look forward to
Second tip is, count your cals as a weekly average, don't guilt a bad day as a reason to give up. After a bad day of scoffing, add up what had from 6 days previous, and divide it. The average will spur you on into carrying on. It will also make you feel better to have naughtier meals
I'm currently trialling 1000kcals a day mon-friday, and then just weekend warrioring Saturday and Sunday
Hope it works :)
