Yes

Every five years or so I get three estate agents round saying I'm thinking about moving jobs, all very uncertain so nothing definite but I want to do my sums and can they give me a rough valuation. They're more than happy to do so and usually work up a sale sheet on the off chance. This is good for them as if I did ever move I'd certainly use one of them (I know which one, too). And it's helpful for me just to know how my finances stand.
