1. Roast some strips of aubergine, courgettes, and red onion.
2. Cook some cous-cous
3. Put the roasted veg on top of the cous-cous
4. Drizzle on some balsamic glaze (make sure it is the glaze)

6. Sprinkle on some toasted pine nuts
7. Eat
