what happens if they build a big old f**k off stand on carrow rd?

and carrow rd isn't a road anymore just a service road that the gret british public can't use? cant call it 'used to be carrow rd but is now a service road that the gret british public can't use anymore stadium'. or maybe they can. stranger things have happened.
