I don't claim to be any sort of audio expert, but that looks like what you're after. The only reservation I would have is the relatively small output (10W isn't much - if you want to turn it up and listen in the bath, you may be severely disappointed.
To get really geeky, you could look at %THD (Smaller is better) to give you an idea of how clear the sound is, but there is no substitute for finding one in a shop and playing around with it. All the different brands have different characteristics. I'm a Sony fan, and although they produce a fantastically clear sound, their treble can be slightly higher than I would like and a little silibant. Quality of the speakers is also very important - I spent ?30 to replace the headphones on my MP3 player, and I've been rewarded with probably the best sound I've ever heard from a mobile device.
The other thing to consider is the signal quality and strength of the tuner. Despite all the blurb, DAB doesn't give you perfect sound! In actual fact, the stations broadcast (Mostly) at around 112kb - 128kb, i.e. like a medium-low quality MP3. Also, should your signal be weak, it will break up much like your SKY picture does in a heavy thunderstorm.
