Being serious, i'm not sure what part of it you don't get. There is no sound statistical basis for changing a manager. If you give them time, you tend to (but not necessarily) perform about as well as you should do.
Which really isn't much of a surprise. The basis for performance is the quality of the players on the pitch, not the manager.
