From what I know...

In private, world leaders are saying they expect a radical change in society to happen suddenly in about 20 years time but they don't yet know what form that will take.

It could be that China rules the world, or the world goes right-wing, or there is a free for all. The most likely outcome is that they will try to follow the Charlton model.

The first paragraph is actually true.
