That explains why Hughton's not gone yet. Because Lennon wouldn't leave Celtic in the middle of a CL campaign.
They're at home to Milan on 26 November. That's likely to be the pivotal fixture. We're at home to Palace on 30 November. Celtic being eliminated would equal Lennon being appointed by then, I suspect.
But can we afford to mess around and wait?
