I think they are fixated on shape

It's why we don't press when defending, and why we move forward so slowly, no-one dares to be caught out of position. It doesn't work. I don't understand why the management can't see it. Calderwood sits in the stand, but as far as I can see he spends all the time looking at stuff on his laptop.
