If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you're getting.

If your job was on the line due to the quality of your output you have two choices. You can carry on in the hope that it will come right before its too late, or you look at what you're doing and make fundemental changes to your approach in order to drive a different outcome.

There is nothing about Mr Chris which makes me think he will be desserting what he believes is the right way of doing things anytime soon.
