but that may be because I'm not accepting how crap we can be. I look at WHU and palarse and think, yes, we should beat those. But the thing is, I thought the same thing for similar fixtures last season too, and very often we didn't.

leaving aside what we might do, what potential we may have etc, I can't get away from a couple of things which SEEM to be facts:

1) anyone who wants a point from carra can get one
2) anyone with a couple of decent strkers will fecking murder us at their place, if not at ours too

Yes we HAVE been more entertaining this year, yes we HAVE pushed forward more. But we've been entirely predictable, too, in terms of team selected and tactics performed. Man City must've gpne onto the pitch yesty knowing they'd be unharried in possession, and every player would have at least three options when looking to pass.
